Understand Chaos in Mind
It is extremely important to understand chaos in mind.
If you don’t understand it, you would remain suffering in mind.
Fear, anxiety, sorrow, anger, conflict, despair, vacancy —
All of them are chaos, disorder in mind.
To end these chaos in mind,
you must understand the structure of mind and the causes.
To understand motion in mind, looking at mind is necessary.
Realize motion of your mind and observe it.
In other words, be aware of your own mind as it is and become conscious about it.
Ignorance is not to be conscious or not to be aware.
To look at the mind and be aware of the motion,
attentiveness and sharpness of spirit are necessary.
If you are absent-minded, you can’t capture any.
Seeing is having an insight. This insight brings understanding.
Attentiveness and concentration are different.
Concentration is moving actively away from your desires,
while attentiveness is just passively being aware.
It is just passively being aware of motion in mind as every moment flows.
Why do you feel fear or anxiety? What are the causes of sorrow or despair?
Motion of your own mind tells you about them.
The answers appear on your own mind.
Look at your mind.
By looking at it, being aware of it and having an insight into it deeply,
chaos in mind comes to an end.
