than the fact that we definitely have an ability
to enhance our own life by the conscious effort.
Enhancing the life of the day in quality is the ultimate art for humans.”

Only those who lead a sacred life encounter sacredness.
Life of human shows the state of mind as it is.

To enhance the quality of life is of course not about the physical dimension.
It is to enhance the way of living and the mental attitude itself.
It is to enhance and deepen the quality of spirituality,
and such a change of spirit takes root in a real life.

The spirit of a person who lives according to desires and indolence would be extremely mediocre.
Such spirit doesn’t have any sacredness.
Even though it is said to be religious, if it is tied to traditions and follows others,
the life is not sacred at all.

What makes life sacred is the way of life of the person.
The quality of spirit forms depth and richness of the life.
To enhance the quality of life is to change the way of living itself
and at the same time to change the mental attitude fundamentally.

When the mind becomes more solemn, serious and beautiful,
it directly leads to acts and states of daily life.
The more the quality of mind improves, the more the quality of the person improves,
and such a change of quality leads to sacredness in the course of time.

If the mind is full of desire, ego and impurity, it is immediately your existence and life.
Without any sacred mind, you have no sacredness.
What determines your life is your mind.
