The past, the gone yesterday,
is not living at present.
It is ‘now’ that is living at present, and it doesn’t have the past.
Only ‘now’ is new and the incessant creation of life.
No matter how much you value the past memories,
they are already gone and faded.
The living matter at present is ‘now’ of this each moment,
and the very moment is the motion of life and the sparkle of life.
In order to feel the sparkle of this each moment of ‘now’,
all of the old must end.
Once it goes through the past, the sparkle of life at present disappears.
When the old, in other words, the past memories, knowledge and thought are over,
and become completely empty, the new appears.
The new is beyond the past repetition,
and it is never within the field of brain such as memory or knowledge.
Mystery of life can not be fathomed by the brain.
When the brain, which is the storage of the past, becomes totally quiet,
the unknown and new would be born from the blank and silence of the brain.
As long as you cling to the past, you can’t find any new life.
To have incessant creation and new discovery,
you must put an end to all of the past and yesterdays you have accumulated.
By abandoning and ending everything ,
each day becomes completely new for you.
