God and the mystery are the eternally unknowable infinite thing,
and they have incessantly been pursued because they are the unknowable existence.
You can never be satisfied with the unknown existence,
because satisfaction arises from knowing something.
The mystery of the universe is unknown, and you can’t be satisfied with the unknown.
If you are satisfied with ‘getting to know God’,
it is not God or anything, but a false God you made up by yourself as you like.
To be unsatisfactory indicates
that it is eternally unknown.
It is never known even if it is pursued, so no satisfaction arises.
Quest for God is the quest that you can never be satisfied with,
and because you can’t be satisfied, it is the everlasting meditation of life.
True meditation isn’t associated with satisfaction.
Even if there is pure joy, mind isn’t satisfied.
Mind isn’t satisfied, so it is always empty,
and from that empty spirit, there is always mediation toward the unknown.
To know something and to be satisfied means the end of meditation,
because meditation is an eternally never-ending unknown journey.
