The act of just gazing is the act that any conflict can arise.
It is just purely “seeing” without your judgment, ideal or desire.
The act is free and the mind doesn’t cling to anything.
The act of “just seeing” is the act of gazing at the fact itself.
There is no work of mind trying to distort the fact.
Where there is silent serene spirit, there is the act of “just gazing”.
You just gaze at everything,
not imposing your principles or seeing through a filter of your desires.
Just “see” things in front of you carefully.
If you have your desires or lust, you can’t gaze firmly at the reality in front of you.
Can you gaze without your desires, principles or judgment?
Don’t try to impose yourself, but just gaze at things in front of you.
In other words, it is “observation” coming from free spirit without ego,
and in such observation, such feelings as conflicts or fear can’t arise.
There is only seeing carefully and no room for the past or the future coming into.
Gaze at the reality of “now” in front of you.
Don’t have any memories from the past or ideals for the future,
but gaze at things happening every moment now by the passage of time.
You don’t cling to the bygone things, but just gaze at “things happening now”.
If you cling to the past, you don’t see the “living reality”.
The spirit seeing the “living reality” each moment is the free spirit without clinging to anything.
“Just gazing” is the pure act without ego.
