Where there is obedience, there is no freedom.
In imitating others and following, there is no freedom.
It is the same with getting into a rut of social fashion.
Why do we obey?
You may be interested in popular spiritual matters
and imitate them, but does such a life have freedom?
Many people believe words of someone else and enslave their spirit.
To live is to discover and create.
To discover constantly ‘life’ afresh, and to create it afresh.
The creation is always new, and arises from the person’s singularity.
If you obey others or societies, there is no creation.
Creativity is new discovery, and true revolution of human entity.
Obedience has neither new discovery nor spontaneous quest for life.
There are only imitations and being slaves of others.
To lead the ‘same’ life as someone else or other people in societies is not important.
To discover your own life is the most important.
It is to discover a life on your own and to create it.
Spirit full of discovery and creation is always vivid and fresh,
and spirit only with obedience and imitation is just going to decay.
A teaching, a religion, a spiritual fashion,
if you obey such things,
the spirit can never discover anything new and it would be old.
Life with discovery and creativity arises from free spirit.
Free spirit is the spirit that doesn’t obey anything.
