Mighty River of Life
Life constantly continue to move.
Life is the movement of the whole universe.
Life is like a mighty river flowing without stopping.
The flow of the river never stops.
It keeps on flowing from moment to moment without the past nor the future.
Life at this moment does likewise.
At this moment, life is moving.
Things which existed at this moment do not exist any more.
Because things at this moment have already flowed off.
Things now at this moment would never be back again.
That was eternally the first and last “now”.
That “now” is the irreplaceable miracle and the fathomless mystery.
We are in the ceaseless flow of life.
We ourselves are a part of the flow.
Human-beings, birds, clouds, winds, every entity in the universe is a part of the flow of life.
If you are tied to the past, you can’t ride on this flow of life.
Because the past is thing already gone, already stopped.
No matter how pleasant and romantic the past was,
you are out of the flow of life if you are tied to the past.
Life is a flow of this each moment and has neither the past nor the future.
This each moment has neither the past nor the future and is beyond time.
Without being tied to the past nor the future,
can you live “this moment” beyond time?
At “this moment” there is everything of the universal creation,
and at “this moment” there is the explosion of mystery.
