What is True Meditation? —Part 26
Meditation is closely related to nature.
We can get inspiration a lot by existence of nature.
Nature is the existence of the universe itself and life.
The universe and life are equally sacred,
and perceiving the sacredness is one of workings of meditation.
Meditation comes from relation with nature,
because the working of nature enables “life” to exist.
All we see and hear are nature.
Nature is the reality as it is and essence of life.
Are we deeply interested in nature?
Meditation would be almost meaningless unless we have sensitivity toward nature.
Existence of “human” is also a part of nature.
Being interested in nature is being interested in humans.
Everything is connected to meditation.
Rather, meditation is all of nature and life.
It can be said that nothing is separated from meditation.
Meditation and life are the one.
Being deeply involved with nature is being involved with life itself.
The act of meditation is exactly the motion of life.
