What is True Meditation? —Part 20
Meditation is wordless motion.
Where there is chatter by words, we can’t meditate.
If the mind is full of words, meditation would lose its purity.
True meditation occurs in the depth of silence.
Just like the universe is silence without words,
meditation is also together with silence of the universe.
Chatter by words is noise of human mind.
The mind is captured and tied to something,
therefore it is filled with chatter by words.
We can never meditate in this condition.
To start meditation, the spirit should be quiet.
Silence of spirit is the end of words.
Where noisy thought and chatter of words completely calm down
and the spirit is deeply wrapped with serenity, we can truly meditate.
Depth of meditation is that of silence.
Words are superficial and don’t deepen the quality of meditation.
Meditation begins when all words stop.
