Most of us cling to ‘self’.
And as we cling to ‘self’,
we keep on suffering in mind.
We are more concerned in how to keep on holding ourselves
than in renouncing ourselves.
Everyone can’t renounce self thoroughly, clings to self
and is struggling not to lose self.
Nothing is uglier than such self-obsession.
Where there is ego, only pettiness and ugliness lie.
It has nothing beautiful or good.
If nothing is good, there can’t be any holiness or sacredness.
Where there is chaos in mind, no truth of life is found.
Chaos in mind is caused by self-obsession,
and self-obsession is the main source of the chaos.
No matter how much they say they are ‘united with God’,
if they are not free from self-obsession,
their words are just lies.
Because where there is self-obsession, neither God nor truth is found.
Ego and truth, ego and God contradict each other,
and these two could never exist side-by-side.
For existence of God and truth, ego must end.
Where there is ego, death of God lies, and where there is God, death of ego lies.
The end of ego called ‘self’ draws the truth of God.
