Look at the way of living of people in the modern society,
most of the lifestyles are conventional and mechanical.
They go to the same office or factory everyday,
perform their routine tasks and finish off the day.
Is it ‘life’ to live like this?
Is life only to work?
Is it life only to earn money and make a living?
If it is ‘life’, such a life would be dead.
Work, get married, raise children, grow old and die in the end —
Is life really only all of these?
Or does life hold some greater significance other than these?
Do we think seriously what ‘living’ is?
Or do we live just monotonously and mechanically everyday?
What is life? What is living? What does it mean to keep on living? —
We must do this pursuit of truth.
Why don’t we try to pursue truth and find out life?
Why do we live just vaguely?
If you start the pursuit of life seriously,
you would realize the possibilities of life are limitless.
From this realization, incessant pursuit and endless learning start,
and the new discovery and creativity of life bloom.
Living is always learning and discovering.
Without learning, discovery or creativity,
the life couldn’t be said to be ‘life’.
